Ausco was contracted by the City of Holdfast Bay in early March 2021 to provide new changeroom facilities for Glenelg Oval. The eight modules were delivered to the site in July with completion in August. That is a major advantage of modular constructed buildings, the quick turnaround as the majority of the production took place in our Edinburgh North facility in Adelaide, saving between 4-6 months compared to an on-site build. It also meant there was minimum disruption to the teams as they continued to train and host games during the construction.
