THE OBJECTIVE
The aim for Logan Water Infrastructure Alliance was to improve the operation of Logan city’s water and wastewater network. With the existing lab not compliant with today’s requirements, a modern design and additional space was required to support the waste water treatment plant growth.
Experience and proven ability were the key factors in Ausco Modular winning this initial project for Sydney Trains Centre for Excellence. The pilot project’s on time delivery and on budget result will mean the roll out of nine more facilities across NSW.
As an area with an identified need for a community hub, the Redbank Plains Community Centre became the City of Ipswich’s highest priority community facility in 2018.
The Fraser Coast Sports and Recreation Precinct in Hervey Bay is a multi-stage development spread over more than 60 hectares. The precinct will provide a home for local clubs participating in diverse sporting codes including football (soccer), netball, AFL and rugby league.

The South Australian mid-north town of Snowtown has benefited from a new modular sporting facility courtesy of a game-changing collaboration between Ausco Modular and the South Australian National Football League (SANFL).
The GWS Giants, the newest Australian Rules Football Clubs, was in need of an office, player’s room, change room and gym, and were looking for a company that could deliver it with style and efficiency.
The new, purpose-built Adelaide United Football Club Training Facility is the cornerstone of the City of Playford’s Sports Precinct vision. Located at Ridley Reserve, just off Main North Road at Elizabeth, the facility represents design, functionality and building excellence in relation to Tier 1 sporting facilities.
